1. The HCC Quality Time competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales or family members or anyone else connected to the Competition.
3. Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Competition you must answer the question shown on the EatWelshLamb.com website Competition page and submit your name, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number.
5. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Competition, please email us at info@hccmpw.org.uk with Quality Time Competition' in the subject line.
6. Only one entry per competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Competition entry to us.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submitting the entry is not proof of receipt.
8. The Competition closes at 23.59 on 31st December 2011. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
9. The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries.
10. One winner will receive dinner, bed and breakfast for two people sharing a room at The Hardwick (http://www.thehardwick.co.uk) and a Kitchen Experience with Stephen Terry. Only one person will attend the Kitchen Experience.
11. Five runner-ups will receive receive dinner, bed and breakfast for one night for two people sharing a room at The Hardwick, one holiday each.
12. Dinner for both winners and runners-up prizes is a 3 course a la carte dinner and a bottle of wine from the House Selection.
13. The costs of any additional services, food or beverages incurred are the responsibility of the prize winners and runners-up.
14. Date restrictions - The prize can not be taken during the following dates: 8th - 16th January 2012 and 15th and 16th September 2012.
15. The winners will be notified by phone or email on or before 6th January 2012 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to HCC within 7 days of being notified by HCC, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and HCC shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from HCC within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and HCC shall be entitled to select another winner.
16. The winners must hold valid passports, have their own travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas at their own expense prior to travel. The winners are responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the prize.
17. Details of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: HCC, Ty Rheidol, Parc Merlin, Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystywth, SY23 3FF
18. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
19. HCC retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
20. The winners may be required to participate in promotional activity.
21. No purchase necessary.
22. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of HCC for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
23. HCC accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. HCC further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
24. HCC reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of HCC in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. The Competition will be governed by the laws in English & Wales.
