To make the meatballs, place the mince, 1 tomato, green pepper, and 2.5ml (½tsp) hot chilli powder into a large bowl and mix thoroughly together. Take a small handful of the mixture and mould into a ball - thread 2-3 balls onto each skewer. Place under a preheated grill or on a barbecue and cook for approx 12 minutes.
Meanwhile for the salad, place the Chorizo, roasted pepper, parsley, lentils and bulgar wheat into a large bowl and combine together.
To make the salsa, in a separate bowl mix the beef tomato, onion, coriander and a pinch of the left over hot chilli powder.
Serve the meatball kebabs on a bed of bulgar salad plus a large dollop of salsa.
