Welsh Lamb Kebabs with Chinese BBQ Sauce

In a bowl mix lean lamb leg steak cubes with oil, lime juice and rind and 5 spice. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers and barbecue or grill for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Make Chinese BBQ Sauce: In a small saucepan mix together garlic clove, soy sauce, mango and orange juice, Chinese 5 spice and star anise, and thoroughly boil. Serve as a drizzling sauce for the kebabs.
